"A home is a place of residence or refuge. When it refers to a building, it is usually a place in which an individual or a family can live and store personal property."

So Home is where we live, it is our shelter and protection. We  come here from work and take some rest, so we must make it cozy and comfortable.

Here are some Ideas that i got from the internet with regards to interior decoration.

1. Make your home cozy and comfortable - Most of you do not want to come home to a house that is cold or uncomfortable. A warm inviting atmosphere helps you relax. Put some elevation so it is feels cool even if its summer and warm when its winter season. 

In choosing curtains for window, select the type of curtains for several factors. Color, texture, insulating power, lighting, etc.  If your house is slightly dark use light curtains to lighten the place. also consider the color of your furnitures and floor in matching your curtains.

2. Create focal points with furnitures - In living room create an arrangement that comes down to your desire, how you will use the space and what point would you define as a focus. Once you determine your focal point, arrange the furniture it wisely to give a sense of intimacy and comfort. In addition add some designs like paintings in your wall and pillows in your sofa that match the color and theme of your living room.

3. Organize your Kitchen - Use cabinets for proper arrangement of your kitchen wares.Consider glass-front cabinets. They provide great incentives for forcing you and your family to be organized. Any clutter or dishware put back in the wrong place will be visible. Try storing everyday dinnerware above the work surface, while hiding the clutter of pots and pans behind closed doors. 

Hang pots and pans. Hanging hardware is amazingly stylish and adaptable and allows you to efficiently store frequently used equipment and supplies right where they'll be used. You can also add some designs by hanging colorful clean pot holders. Find attractive containers for all those items on the kitchen counter and also choose colorful kitchen appliances to make it look more attractive.

4. Have a relaxing bedroom designs and arrangement: Use colors that can relax your eyes.. Use dim lights for much comfortable and relaxing room..
